Get out of the bison's mouth, Sokka.

Point form in a half-assed attempt to not ramble forever.

  • Why on earth do all the dickwads, creepers, and fucking morons all come out at the same time?  Today's "favorite" is still the lily-white upper class early 20's driving a late-model Cadillac SUV and blasting gangsta rap.  You are a spoiled brat who's never known a need in his life.  Go die in a plane crash of botulism.  I hate how ignorant people get with their music. If I can't hear my music in my car/house at a reasonable level, yours is too loud.  Especially when you're three blocks away.  I'm also not impressed by the Friday Night crowd at the game store.  It's nice to play against new faces, but holy fucking shit.  Just because you rabidly embrace a particular subculture and whoop up the anarchist/rebellious aspect doesn't mean you couldn't possibly benefit from basic hygiene or common courtesy.  You can be a(n) emo/goth/punk/geek/whatever without being a total fucking douche and waste of humanity.

  • Having a wonderful time with technology.  After nearly a month, I got the customer's Dell from Hell charging.  But Byers has started making files disappear at random.  Like every loose file in the My Documents Folder.  Including the massive spreadsheet I finished about the fucking hymnals.  And the log of my work on collecting all the outside X-Files music. And the database of all my MtG cards and decks.  In addition, the power inverter I use in my car has mysteriously fried itself.  So has the iClicker remote I need for classes that start Monday.  And my 2gb MP3 player that had my entire Mark Snow collection on it. Let's not even go into all the issues my car is having, either.  For a 2003 Cavalier I bought brand new off the lot that only has 36k miles on it, that car has given me no end of trouble.  The only positive thing there is that my parents have agreed to spring on repairs provided I continue to let my sister use it the days she commutes 150 miles to the pharmacy.

  •  I gave a resignation letter to the priest.  He hung onto it.  Although Gary sure sounded like he'd be more than willing to take the position, he hasn't yet given the priest a definite answer.  If/when he does, my last day will actually be June 29.  I've put in a few applications for apartments, and I'm on the waiting list for one.  A move is definitely in the future, but no idea when.  I've started boxing things up in anticipation, though.  Mostly books and DVDs, but I'm also starting to pack some of my gaming collection and tools.  I've got some things to return to the Balrog, one of which is a book.  Seriously considering leaving the extremely graphic Criminalistics exam on Criminal Sexual Conduct that I aced in the book.  Far less of an immature swing at him than he regularly takes at me.

  • Writing again, at least a little bit.  Straight up fanfic, no Alexia involved.  Rusher does make a minor appearance, though.  Thankfully, he's far less abrasive and self-centered and doesn't mind being relegated to an extremely minor appearance.  He gets along well with other characters, and doesn't mind that he still has to go back to his own story and die. lol
And I just finished Avatar the Last Airbender, so I think I'll start up Ren & Stimpy, eat some nachos, drink some beer, and sleep.
